Mô tả công việc

Responsibilities
Work with supplier and cross-functional team members to develop retail packaging for fully built consumer electronics devices, focusing on quality manufacturing processes.
Manage suppliers in color control for print runs and support the Print Production Design team for press check upon request.
Support the implementation of required manufacturing processes and mitigate supply risk.
Manage the development and implementation of quality control plan required for supplier's factory.
Lead root cause determination and corrective action for manufacturing defects.

Yêu cầu

Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience in printed retail packaging manufacturing for consumer electronics industry.
Preferred qualifications:
3 years of experience as a Supplier Development Engineer, in Packaging, or similar.
Knowledge of retail type electronic device packaging manufacturing quality control.
Familiarity with color control and press check.
Excellent troubleshooting, statistical process control, failure analysis, and program management skills.
Ability to communicate in Chinese and English fluently to effectively work with cross-functional stakeholders.
