Mô tả công việc
- Maintain and develop relationships with Supplier to build a trusted and transparent partnership in the market
+ Surveying and managing Supplier's satisfaction, thereby identify opportunities and solve to improvement internal team (no recurrence of non conformance) and increase Supplier's satisfaction
+ Establish strategic relationship suitable with the Supplier base on the segmentation result. Take evaluation performance of Supplier and manage supplier scorecard
+ Support the Supplier, Customer's scrap when delivery, receive goods at the Factory (Supplier Care Service on site) give to convenience for Supplier
+ Monitoring compliance during implement contract/ order to acceptance and payment to enhance the Supplier's satisfaction level
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor, master's degree/MBA is an advantage
- Knowledge and expertise in foreign trade, international transactions, finance
- Professional knowledge of raw materials for beverage and packaging industry, machinery and equipment, business services, media services, real estate and projects
- Market Analysis and Strategy Development
- Negotiation.
- Proficient in SAP, SAP Ariba, BI, MS Excel and MS Office
- Proficient in English, majoring in Business English
- At least 5 years of
purchasing experience in a similar position in a large company, in the food and beverage industry is an advantage
