Supply Chain Assistant

Mission
The Supply Chain Assistant will be the first point of contact for the leader's internal and external stakeholders. He/she will take following tasks:
• Facilitate meetings and information exchange
• Translate and interpret communications in English and Vietnamese.
• Track project deadlines, milestones, and deliverables, providing regular updates and reminders.
• Conduct research and compile reports as requested, offering insights and recommendations.
• Maintain accurate and organized WH records, files, and databases.
• Assist to follow order (reception, delivery date...)
• Assist to coordinate forwarder action (custom declaration, shipment tracking..)
• Assist to coordinate and organize inventory
• Track and report delivery timeline and issues
