Supply Chain Director

Direct the activities of all functions involved in Warehouse, Logistics, Supply Chain & Demand Planning and control of materials from the receipt of forecasting replenishment needs to the delivery of the finished product into finished goods inventory and delivery of products to the customer(s).
Coordinate with Sales teams to build sales forecasts of Sales teams monthly/quarterly to plan the purchase and determine the right quantity of products to produce and supply of goods as required.
Sourcing new materials and expand supply network, select new suppliers suitable to company policy, negotiate the best deal with new Suppliers; maintaining a positive relationship with suppliers.
Developing purchasing strategies in compliance with the company's demand and suitable supplier conditions.
Checking quantity of internal orders, check stocks and assign the team to process orders with existing or sourcing new suppliers.
Checking total orders on quantity, delivery time, suppliers.... to propose purchasing terms and delivery to BOD.
Maintaining relationships with existing suppliers and sourcing new suppliers.
Ensure to supply right goods, right time, enough quantity and enclosing with the best service to meet internal teams/ subsidiaries' needs.
Establish, manage and control all warehousing, stockpiling, and inventory activities of the Company's warehouse system according to the process.
Plan operations for the entire supply chain;
Analyze and propose actions to promote cost savings, maximize productivity across all supply chain functions.
Coordinate sales & production through S&OP meetings for forecasting, manufacturing, and delivering customer orders, including MRP.
Manage daily/ weekly, and monthly production plans according to the ability to produce & supply raw materials.
Manage warehouse of raw materials and finished products (including distribution centers);
Manage inventory & operational efficiency.
Ensure Logistics activities efficiently about Cost & on-time delivery in both international & domestic markets.
Ensure a safe working environment & continuously improve employees' health and safety.
Overseeing team daily activities.
Weekly report: prepare weekly financial needs to submit Finance Department to plan payment to suppliers and follow up with Finance Depart to ensure Supplier receives payment on time as stipulated on the contract.
Monthly report: note down all jobs to be done in that month together with the financial plan, monthly cost estimate to submit to Directors for monitoring.
Perform other tasks as requested by BOD.
