Supply Chain & Distribution Officer

Mission: handling daily operations of distribution and logistics to ensure the product availability for distributors. Key responsibilities: 1. Supply chain • Organize monthly meeting with Distributors, Marketing, Field Force (FF) and Finance team to forecast local sales. • Calculate to obtain LLS orders and delivery time based on local sales forecast and regulatory issues. • Communicate and update FIE's sales and inventory on intranet Website for production planning. • Create orders/contracts, follow and verify shipping documents with HQ/Customs Broker/distributors. • Ensure imported goods are complied with all internal procedures and Customs regulation. • Perform monthly reports of sales and stocks: sales in/out, stock, moving forecast, key facts. 2. Distribution • Stock management and follow up. Communicate with distributors on stock transfer between warehouses, customer complaints (late delivery, etc...) • Receive feedback of product quality from distributor/customer then communicate to RA/HQ for further investigation. • Manage returned, missing and damaged goods after shipments. 3. Distributor monthly transaction: • Forecast, check and confirm monthly transaction to SVN Finance including HQ's invoices of shipment and Distributor's invoices (price difference, trade promotion, relabeling charges, samples, damaged/missing goods, demurrage & storage fee...) • Check outstanding invoices and payments due date of distributors. • Update data of monthly debit/credit notes into program, file of summary. 4. Parallel import (PI) products: • Collect PI info from FF and forward to HQ for investigating • Update report from Customs 5. Standard Operating Procedure (SOP): work with distributors/RA/HQ on recall and counterfeit products.
