- Analyzing, planning, and managing production control activities to improve runtime
- Planning inventory management technique to avoid any shortages and excesses
- Analyzing sales orders and establishing production schedules for timely delivery
- Monitoring the execution of job orders and adjusting production schedule for timely delivery
- Developing a positive relationship with sales and factory to meet sales requirement
- Negotiate job orders with sales based on factory capacity and delivery availability
- Analyze current and backlog job orders and accordingly develop production plan and schedules
Yêu cầu
- Ability to develop, prepare, interpret, and understand product shipment information from various order and shipping documents to ensure accuracy and thorough preparation of transportation documents, good in analysis production - inventory managing
- Exercises judgment and makes decisions on business situations outside established procedures and approves exceptional cases.
- Prior leadership experience required.
- Background in master scheduling, forecasting, procurement and planning, strong analytical abilities
- Demonstrates the working knowledge of MS-Office suite of software applications and tools, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS-Project, MS-Outlook.
- Experience in using ERP
- Fluency in English skill
