Supply Chain Manager (F&B)

III. Required Skills and Experience
- Supply chain optimization:
+ Reducing lead times, stock, improving supplier relationships, and more to helps company keep a competitive edge.
+ Expertise in specific supply chain areas like green logistics
- Inventory management:
+ Knowledge of logistics, SC management, and transportation including route planning, carrier selection, and freight cost negotiation to ensures timely delivery and minimizes transportation costs.
- Data analysis skill for identifying trends, forecasting future supply needs, and making data-driven decisions.
- Knowledge of SC software: ERP, SAP SCM, SCM system
- Strategic mind: Strategic thinking for developing long-term strategies for SC improvement to meet business goals
- Leadership: Demonstrated leadership abilities and interpersonal skills
- Creative problem-solving: Creative problem-solving mindset for identifying & resolving complex SC issues, ensuring smooth operations.
- Communication competence:
+ Strong communication skills and ability to communicate effectively with different departments and external partners
+ Excellent verbal and written communication
+ Excellent interpersonal and negotiation
+ Experience with global supply chain management and international trade regulations
- At least 5 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in F&B & QSR
- Previous experience as a supply chain manager or in a similar field
IV. Education and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics or business or a related field forcusing on SC management & operation
- Excellent knowledge of supply chain processes
- Usually, at least five years of experience as a supervisor, manager, or similar relevant position
