Supply Chain Manager

Role Summary:
- Manage and oversee the procurement, warehouse management, logistics, and fulfillment operations of the company.
- Develop and implement strategies to ensure efficient and cost-effective supply chain management.
- Manage the departmental budget, including capital expenditures (CAPEX).
- Lead and develop the supply chain team, collaborating with other departments to optimize daily operations.
Main Responsibilities:
Procurement Management:
- Develop and execute the procurement strategy to source materials, goods, and services that align with business needs at the lowest possible cost.
- Review purchase orders for accuracy and negotiate with suppliers to secure favorable terms.
- Ensure purchase orders are issued in compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Maintain comprehensive records of contracts, purchase orders, and supplier relationships.
- Evaluate, select, and manage key supplier partnerships to drive continuous improvement in price, quality, and delivery.
- Collaborate with departments to receive equipment and oversee acceptance upon supplier delivery.
- Manage the work of the procurement team, including performance evaluation and development.
Warehouse and Inventory Management:
- Oversee the operations of the raw material, spare parts, and finished goods warehouses.
- Implement effective warehouse management systems and processes to ensure efficient storage, handling, and stock control.
- Maintain optimal inventory levels to support production and customer fulfillment, while minimizing carrying costs.
- Ensure warehouse activities comply with relevant regulations, safety standards, and quality requirements (e.g., Halal, ISO, 5S).
- Lead the warehouse team to maintain storage conditions, cleanliness, and organization.
Logistics and Fulfillment:
- Develop and manage the logistics strategy to optimize transportation, distribution, and customer delivery.
- Coordinate with production, sales, and customer service to align supply chain activities with demand.
- Implement effective order fulfillment processes to ensure timely and accurate delivery to customers.
- Monitor logistics performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers to ensure service quality and cost-effectiveness.
Financial and Operational Management:
- Prepare and manage the departmental operational budget, including CAPEX planning and control.
- Analyze supply chain data and trends to support decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
- Participate in management meetings to align supply chain strategies with the overall business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and standards within the supply chain operations.
- Assist with other tasks or projects as assigned by the General Director.
