As a Supply Chain Manager, your main responsibilities will include:
Planning and managing procurement and supply chain operations to meet business objectives.
Collaborating with stakeholders to optimise inventory levels and reduce costs.
Overseeing supplier relationships and negotiating contracts to ensure quality and value.
Developing and implementing strategies to improve supply chain efficiency and performance.
Monitoring logistics to ensure timely delivery of goods and materials.
Analysing data to identify trends and areas for improvement in the supply chain.
Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Leading and mentoring the supply chain team to achieve departmental goals.
The Successful Applicant
A Successful Supply Chain Manager Should Have
Relevant qualifications in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field.
Proven expertise in procurement and supply chain operations within the Industrial / Manufacturing industry.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills to manage supplier relationships effectively.
Experience in improving processes and driving operational efficiency.
Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance requirements.
