Mô tả công việc
Establish good and clear WI or SIP for checking material.
Confirm and check incoming material inspection result, handle the abnormality
Arrange daily IQC work according to production feeding demand
Handle the abnormal material, follow up the material complaints from production line and work with supplier to take corrective actions
Accept the proposal and suggestion from IQC inspectors, handle the rational suggestion and feedback to manager for things out of duty
Drive supplier set up high quality assurance team
Review and discuss the achievement of quality goals and improvement actions
Perform supplier evaluation for selecting or periodical audit
Check and confirm the non-conformance issue, verify the effectiveness, follow up its improvement of suppliers
Validate and control supplier process change and material change
Yêu cầu
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field
Minimum 5 years related experience (supplier quality or quality engineering) preferably in the automotive business and composites field
Knowledge of quality system requirements for ISO16949. Internal quality auditor, lean is a plus
Knowledge of quality inspection and quality assurance techniques, theories, principles and drawings
Good English communication skills
Good Microsoft Office skills
Thử việc: 60 days
Thời gian làm việc: from Monday to Saturday, Note: 2 Saturday off/ month.
