Sustainability Executive

A. Wood traceability
- Regularly conduct wood traceability audit at suppliers' sites within the supply chain
- Check, manage, and maintain up-to-date documents and records of wood origin from suppliers & company into the system following requirements/standards, laws and necessary records in hard and soft copies in the system and provide required wood traceability documents to related parties and the certify bodies by their requested timeline
- Work and support suppliers within the supply chain in maintaining the compliance with the required standards/processes
- Coordinate with relevant internal departments, functions and external parties on implementing, maintaining building database for traceability system
- Monitor the wood origin and compliances of suppliers within Supply Chain and escalate the risks to department and top management
- Carry out weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually update and report to management/ other related internal/external parties
- Attend necessary internal/external trainings, workshops better managing and maintaining the traceability systems
- Other tasks as per the instruction from GD and direction from the company
B. Import Export document
- Liaise with project sites and other internal departments for exporting schedule, do customs clearance, and prepare shipping documents (Phytosanitary, Certificate of Origin,...) for export shipments
- Review S&P Agreement & other related export docs to make sure no discrepancy in terms of Incoterm and relevant laws & regulations for export shipments
- Manage 3rd parties (logistics companies) in term of service performance and cost
- Keep track of cargo loading status of each export shipment & liaise with project team and related external parties to solve any arising issue related to customs/export docs during loading time
- Liaise with Finance & Accounting Team in completion of shipping documents and price justifying to Customs
