Mô tả công việc
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Setup, monitoring and troubleshooting of Windows and Linux based server systems (Windows AD, Ubuntu Server, etc.)
2. Setup, monitoring and troubleshooting of Network, Firewall, Virtualization system (Cisco, Watchguard, Pfsense, Unifi, etc.)
3. Setup, maintenance and monitoring of IT infrastructure (Prometheus, Grafana, Zabbix, Docker, Kibana Logstash, etc.)
4. Support for all kinds of IT related issues reported by users
5. Enforcement of IT policy and data security regulation compliance through technical and organizational measures
6. Design and independent implementation and operation of new IT Systems
7. Other tasks assigned by Engineering Manager.
Yêu cầu
1. At least 2 years of experience
2. Fluent in written and spoken English
3. Have experience in Azure AD, DHCP, DNS, WSUS, VPN, Watchguard
4. Operating system: Ubuntu, Windows 10
5. Proficiency in TCP/IP network administration (Having Cisco Certifications is an advantage)
6. Experienced working with CI/CD, Jenkins, Git
7. Familiarity with scripting languages (PowerShell, Bash, Python)
