Mô tả công việc
Manage and operate multiple internal and external platforms, including SGS systems and client platforms.
Act as a bridge between end-users and IT teams to identify, report, and troubleshoot system-related issues.
Analyze software functionalities and provide guidance to users based on operational procedures; Support documentation, system manuals, and SOPs.
Deliver training sessions and create supporting materials for internal and external users.
Collaborate with operations teams to streamline workflows and enhance productivity via system features.
Generate and maintain operational reports (daily, weekly, monthly, account report) based on business requirements.
Ensure proper system maintenance, identify issues, and coordinate with technical teams for resolution.
Proactively seek and implement system-based solutions that create value for the organization.

Yêu cầu
University or above (IT/ DA or related field)
Experience in workflow design, user access control, and system troubleshooting.
Familiar with data reporting tools (Excel, BI dashboards, etc.).
Able to work independently, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including IT and business units.
Capable of conducting internal/external training.
Good at Microsoft Office (Word, Excell, Outlook, Power Point)
Good at English
