We are seeking an experienced Finance Senior Specialist to serve as a trusted second in command and key support to the
Finance Manager. This role is critical in ensuring the accuracy, efficiency, and statutory compliance of the company's finance operations in the Vietnam.
The position covers end to end accounting operations, including Client to Cash (CTC) as well as statutory accounting and regulatory compliance. The role involves preparing statutory financial statements, conducting balance sheet reviews, and ensuring timely compliance with local requirements, including business permits and regulatory filings.
The ideal candidate is technically strong, detail oriented, and capable of working independently while collaborating closely with the Finance Manager and finance team. Hands on experience with financial audits and closing activities is essential.
Responsibilities:
• Accounting Operations (CTC)
- Support daily accounting operations including billing and collections
• Closing and Financial Reporting
- Ensure timely and accurate month‐end and year‐end closings
- Prepare and review journal entries, accruals, amortizations, and balance sheet schedules
- Conduct regular balance sheet reviews and ensure accurate reconciliations
• Statutory Accounting and Compliance (Vietnam)
- Prepare statutory financial statements in compliance with local regulations
- Ensure compliance with tax requirements, including tax returns and submissions
- Act as liaison with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies
• Audit and Governance Support
- Provide documentation and working papers for financial audits
- Address audit findings and support corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and local statutory requirements
