JOB SUMMARY
Maintain HR routine work, and ensure complete the tasks in time that assigned by HR
manager and Senior C&B Supervisor.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Register the newly-hired employees (registration, check ID card, credentials, etc);
2. Guide leave, resignation process to relevant employees.
3. Inputting the information (Name, Employee No., Start date, etc) into HR system(s)
4. Make and distribute the employee ID card for the new employees and others
who are needed to remake the ID card;
5. Keep all employees' files (the registration form, personal certificates, labor
contract, discipline form and etc);
7. Update the employee information;
8. Support to enhance the discipline and settle cases according to guidance;
9. Other HR relation tasks.

1. Education
College or above.
