Talent Acquisition & Development Manager

Your Responsibilities

* Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding

• Work with BOD/ Brand Director to determine current staffing needs and produce forecasts

• Develop talent acquisition strategies and hiring plan

• Plan, propose and manage the recruitment budget effectively

• Set up Acquisition Tracking System to support recruitment activities. Build up candidates' database.

• Lead recruitment team and manage end-to-end recruitment cycle for all roles across multiple project (job posting, applicant screening, candidate selection, on-boarding, and other activities as needed).

• Build strong partnerships with hiring managers to advise and implement hiring plans, job requirements, and fill vacancies on time in full

• Build strong talent acquisition team through coaching and introducing best practices, recruitment tools and streamlined process

• Develop and implement employer branding programs.

• Establish, develop & maintain the relationship with organization partners: Technology education partners, youth organizations & technology communities

• Measures the social media performance in the recruitment area.

• Make periodic and most-used recruiting reports with dashboard metrics.

• Support to design income package and competency development with C&B team and L&D team for talent management



* Talent Development:

• Together with BOD build relevant Career Roadmap/ Career Path to develop talents as key successors for company and project

• Collaborate with Training teams and Manager to provide suitable training programs related to career roadmap and succession planning.

• Develop a yearly training plan both internal and external. Manage training budget

• Develop, follow-up and monitor training, feedback & coaching programs related to building leadership & talent capabilities.

• Manage and periodically evaluate talent programs and successors list for improvement and timely actions.



* Employee Relation

• In charge of negotiations between the organization and employees

• Discuss with employee on probation review, contract review, performance review to understand the gap between company and employees

• Resolve employees' issues and handling complaints to protect the general interests

• Together with Engagement team to identify, design, and plan employee engagement events and projects that align with the overall Orient engagement strategy.

• Proactively propose and join in initiatives to improve the working environment and employee engagement



* Other HR management tasks

• Work with B.O.D, Project Manager on the Employee Performance Appraisal, Salary Adjustment, Promotion Program

• Together with the B.O.M and team to build the company culture

• Work directly with the Branch of Director, Project Manager of each project to make sure a good human resource and meet the requirements for each project, prepare plans A, B and C for urgent developments if any

• Mediate and resolve employee relations issues; conduct thorough and objective investigations when necessary

• Other tasks as required by the B.O.D
