Mô tả công việc
Be responsible for the full cycle of recruitment and selection process (for all levels of vacancies: teachers, back office and mass recruitment).
Closely work with Hiring Managers to establish deadlines, prioritize work and delegate appropriately to carry out the recruitment plan to meet the demand of the department.
Actively lead and monitor recruitment requests and follow up the full recruitment cycle to meet the KPIs.
Actively source and build the talents/candidates database through different channels for current and future recruitment.
Create engaging recruitment and employer branding content for social media and career platforms to strengthen YOLA's employer brand and attract quality talents
Coordinate and organize the related recruitment events (Job fairs, Open day, Internal activities...)

Yêu cầu
University graduate with minimum 1-year experience in recruitment. Having wide networking and strong experience in mass or teacher recruitment will be an advantage.
Good English communication, interpersonal skills and customer service mindset.
Sharp person with strong can-do attitude and able to work under high pressure.
