This position will be entrusted with an ongoing quest to discover talent, build a strong employment brand, and ensure great relationships with both candidates and employees; assists HR Director in elaborating & following the implementation of HR policies, recruitment process and planning.
1/ Manage recruitment activities and recruitment solution:
- Build, update and train the implementation of recruitment policies, procedures, and effective recruitment tools
- Define and implement effective strategy talent acquisition to attract the qualified candidates
- Manage, organize the implementation of recruitment plan responding on business needs and under the decentralization
- Manage and develop relations with recruitment partners, information, and media agency
- Plan and implement all activities to promote employer branding
- Update and report labor market information and trends, recruitment situation of its business field.
- Manage and analyze, report about effectiveness of recruitment evaluation
- Control recruitment budget
2/ HR Planning
- Define and implement effective strategy talent acquisition to attract the qualified candidates
- Coordinate with departments to determine regular or irregular HR plan, update organization chart, HR structure
- Elaborate and update standard HR structure, job list and job description system
- Inform HR needs for HR Manager to coordinate and follow evaluation plan, mobility and training for key HR
- Benchmark with competitors and market trends for proper advice ad direction
- Manage database, analyze, and make report about HR plan.
3/ Employer Branding:
- Design, plan and be leading Employer Branding (EB) activities
- Leading Career Talks and Job Fairs at Schools or Universities
4/ Team Management
- Organize, assign tasks for staff, and follow the implementation
- Train, evaluate and elaborate career development plan for staff and successor plan for Recruitment Team
5/ Peer and stakeholder management
- Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet company core values.
- Proactively establish and maintain effective working team relationships with all support departments
5/ Business partnering
- Work closely with Commercial leaders to build up qualification, productivity, and successor planning.
- Propose solutions on people issues.
- Update market trend and propose new tools/ HR policies to motivate talents.
- Improve people engagement
6/ Perform other tasks as required by HR Director and above.
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor's degree with minimum of 7 years of recruiting related experience in recruitment activities for positions & significant experience in employer branding and networking in the FMCG industry are preferable.
- Experience in developing, aligning, and executing recruiting strategy to meet recruiting initiatives and organizational needs.
- Demonstrated ability to meet tight deadlines and work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
- Solid understanding of policies, principles, practices, and procedures of human resources administration associated with employment, compensation and classification in the market
- Strong communication in English both written and verbal
- Absolute commitment to customer services
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.

- Good leadership, people management
- Able to work under high pressure environment
