Talent Acquisition Strategy & Employer Branding (40%): Lead end-to-end AI-driven talent acquisition practice for critical, hard-to-fill, and leadership roles across Logistics Ops, Finance, and IT. Architect and execute a comprehensive Employer Branding roadmap.
Learning & Development (40%): Analysis, design, develop and oversee company-wide training programs to standardize and articulate learning and development of strategically core capabilities. Build and manage the internal knowledge base and measure training ROI.
Succession Planning (20%): Drive the organization's succession planning initiatives by mapping high-potential employees to future business needs. Collaborate with leadership to create targeted development pathways that groom internal talent for critical roles.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields.
Core Competencies:
Strategic Hunter Mindset: You excel at headhunting passive talent for senior/niche roles and know how to sell the company's vision.
Consultative & Empathetic: You act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, challenging their requirements when necessary, while deeply understanding employee needs.
Program Management: You can design, deploy, and evaluate complex training programs and HR initiatives company-wide.
Data-Driven: You use recruitment metrics (Time-to-Fill, Quality-of-Hire) and L&D metrics to drive decisions and improvements.
Professional Knowledge & Experience:
2-5 years of experience in HR, with deep expertise in both Talent Acquisition and L&D. Experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, or fast-paced Tech companies is highly preferred.
Strong track record of headhunting mid-to-senior level roles and developing employer branding initiatives from scratch.
Proven experience in conducting Training Needs Analysis and building training frameworks.

Expected Income: 15,000,000 - 25,000,000+ VND/month (Negotiable based on capability and value delivered)
