- Take charge of recruitment activities for Head Office positions, especially mid to senior-level or newly established roles, based on weekly, monthly, and quarterly hiring plans.
- Implement and develop a Talent Pool to ensure an adequate pipeline of candidates that supports the company's expansion needs.
- Execute recruitment campaigns through both internal and external channels to meet hiring targets as planned.
- Monitor the team's recruitment performance and propose solutions to optimize conversion rates and hiring quality.
- Work closely with Department Heads/Hiring Managers to thoroughly understand manpower needs and provide timely, effective recruitment consultation.
- Contribute to improving the recruitment process to enhance efficiency, speed, and candidate experience.
- Collaborate with the Employer Branding team to strengthen brand visibility and attract high-quality candidates.
- Manage recruitment contact channels (hotline, email, etc.), handle and respond to candidates' inquiries.
- Update and maintain the department's organization chart.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the direct supervisor.
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes and employer branding practices.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably from an in-house or headhunting environment.
- Prior experience in recruiting Back Office roles within Retail, Convenience Store, or F&B industries is highly preferred.
- Proven ability to conduct interviews and assess candidates effectively.
- Proactive, solution-oriented, and results-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across functions and teams.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high-pressure work environment.
- Honest, flexible, responsible, and genuinely passionate about recruitment.
