Talent Acquisition Team Leader

Responsibilities
Lead and manage the Talent Acquisition team to deliver timely and high-quality recruitment results.
Develop and execute recruitment plans aligned with business goals and manpower planning.
Optimize recruitment operations (processes, tools, SLAs) to enhance speed, cost-effectiveness, and candidate experience.
Build and maintain pipelines for mass and urgent hiring (especially for store/operations roles).
Monitor, analyze, and report on recruitment performance and key hiring metrics.
Coordinate with Operations and other stakeholders to ensure hiring aligns with expansion needs.
Lead and implement Employer Branding (EB) initiatives across online and offline channels to attract top talent.
Collaborate with other departments to plan and execute Internal Communication (IC) activities to boost employee engagement and visibility of HR initiatives.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a Talent Acquisition leadership role.
Proven experience in high-volume recruitment in F&B, retail, or service industries (must).
Strong operational mindset with the ability to manage processes, KPIs.
Proficiency in recruitment metrics and reporting (Excel, PowerPoint, ATS).
Good knowledge or experience in executing EB/IC campaigns is a plus.
Excellent communication, team management, and stakeholder coordination skills.

Location: 326 Vo Van Kiet Street, Cau Ong Lanh Ward, HCM city ( Starting at November, the office will be loacated on Nguyen Van Thu Street, Dakao Ward).
