Organize, monitor, organize work schedules, work for Artists
Compose documents, letters, reports, reports, letters of the Artists
Order and manage orders with partners
Record minutes of meetings, work with partners
Monitoring, reporting on the activities of Artists
Communication of monitoring information, supervision of the implementation of the directives of Artists
Assist in identifying objectives, setting and implementing plans for Artists
Work with artists to coordinate and monitor daily activities
Track the progress of the target
Support budgeting and monitoring
Follow the event plans and represent the company when needed
Make reports and send them to Artists or other managers
Perform duties as assigned by the Artist
Follows the workflow after signing contract.
Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.

Bachelor diploma is required (English/ Economic/ Media major is preferred);
At least 01 year working experience in related field is preffered, or no experience is acceptable
Good verbal and written English communication skill;
Be able to translate document from Vietnamese to English properly
Excellent communication and customer service skills;
Computer literate, excellent working knowledge of all pertinent software;
Friendly, willing to learn and hard-working;
Can work under pressure and well-organized
Problem solving
Strong negotiation skill
