Tân Phú, Đồng Nai - Merchandiser

- Take over order allocation chart from development team including list of style numbers, delivery date, color, price, Time and Action (TNA) to work with Buyers for issuing Purchase Orders (PO) on time.
- Check if Customers' PO are accurate as per the cost sheet - for quality/ color/ price/ ratio/ delivery date. Update system with correct information.
- Attend Capacity meeting, track all the orders and status weekly, highlight if any potential risks and fall outs from TNA that would affect delivery performance.
- Follow up with Development Merchandiser and Procurement team to ensure On Time Tracking (OTT) is tracked and achieved.
- Update PSR/ PICR/ WIP weekly for the orders and communicate with Customers on time and accurately.
-Gather all relevant information from other merchandisers to prepare the production Quality Assurance file intime for pre-production (PP) meeting. Attend Pre-production (PP) meeting ensure all relevant style information, Quality Assurance file and approval information are ready for the PP meeting.
- Arrange the relevant garments or fabrics for bulk testing as required by Customers in timely manner which should not affect shipment date.
- Track vessel booking confirmation & the shipments weekly and get necessary information to communicate to Customers.
- Ensure that all sales orders are closed accurately, within timeline process after shipment date.
- Follow up with internal/ external parties for all related documents to start, process, and finish the assigned activity timely and properly. Check mails and respond within 24 hours.
- Other tasks as assigned by Manager.
