Due the business expansion EY Vietnam is looking for enthusiasts to join Licensing Service, part of Tax & Advisory Services, Ho Chi Minh Office
Key responsibilities
► Assisting Clients in handling all licensing and regulatory compliance requirements
► Prepare all types of corporate, investment, business related agreement and documents
► Conduct legal research and analysis
► Prepare advices related to regulatory and corporate issues (i.e., regulation on enterprises, investment, labor, commerce, tax and other related regulations of Vietnam)
► Work with competent government authorities of Vietnam to follow up application process, clarify current regulations
► Undertake works assigned by Managers
► Monitor and review works prepared by junior staff
► Perform other related works as assigned.
Yêu cầu
Requirements
► Graduated from Universities with major in Law, Commerce, Business, Economics
► Have at least 3 years working in corporate and legal services in professional firms
► Careful, patient and pay attention to details, able to work to tight deadlines
► Motivated, energetic and able to work independently and as a part of a team
► Effective communication skills, problem solving and multi-tasking skills
► Good command of English and Vietnamese
