Communicate with Japanese CTO/ CEO by Japanese.
Make Iconic Game of the company by a team
Discuss with the Japanese development team and Project manager in Japan
Decide the Project schedule and follow it not to delay the timeline
Check all products made in Vietnam
Report to Japan if any issues
Recruit members based on direction or discussion with the Japanese team
Estimate all projects development and make a plan
Join and support hiring new members under you
Manage all engineers in the team and project
Contribute to the team by advising technical matters to the team and CTO/ CEO
Yêu cầu
MUST-HAVE
Bachelor's degree or up majoring in software engineering, computer science, or relevant Software Development background.
At least Japanese N2 or equivalent level.
3+ years of experience in Frontend/Backend Development.
1+ years of experience as Project Manager/Leader cum BrSE.
Good understanding of programming skills (PHP/Laravel, Node.JS (JavaScript, Typescript) or etc).
Strong experience in project management, communication, and customer interface skills.
Experience in developing and operating Web applications, designing with maintainability in mind for long-term operation, and speeding up and optimizing web pages.
NICE TO HAVE
Willing the candidate to experience in/find out Game Industry.
Experience in designing and developing large-scale services.
Creative, well-organized, and capable of performing multiple tasks simultaneously.
High responsibility and teamwork spirit.
Experience in writing documents and presentations, and working directly with Japanese customers.
Development experience using public clouds such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
