Mô tả công việc
Conduct full cycle recruitment and selection processes for teacher of English positions. Recruitment process includes sourcing, screening and selection, interviewing, offer and on-boarding
Build, develop & maintain pools of teaching candidates through networking so that efforts are not limited to job sites, employment agencies, and internet sites
Manage and update recruitment content and communication messages on different platforms including website, external sourcing channels, Facebook fanpage, Linkedin, etc.
Work collaboratively with other HR Teachers Department staff and Campus Managers to ensure employment offers and other HR administration for teaching staff is completed
Support analysis and reporting on different HR metrics including but not limited to sourcing channels, recruitment pipelines, onboarding, turnover rate, etc.
Contribute to recruitment budget planning activities as required.
Work on other tasks and projects as assigned.
Yêu cầu
Bachelor degree qualification in fields relevant to Human Resources (Recruitment/TA)
2 -3 years of experience in Teacher recruitment, Teaching is a plus
Advanced English level, proficient MS Office skills
Pro-active and independent
Customer service mindset
Ability to work under high pressure and fast paced working environment
Excellent interpersonal skills, teamwork spirit
