WE NEED YOU
✔Lead and manage a team of agents to achieve project targets.
✔Monitor team performance, productivity and attendance
✔Coach agents to support sellers in driving sales, GMV growth, and platform adoption
✔Handle escalations and support agents for issue resolution.
✔Identify performance gaps and provide coaching and development plans.
✔Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports to management.
✔Manage recurring meetings with team(s) to review performance
WORK LOCATION
✔ 4th Floor, Pico Palaza, 20 Cong Hoa, Bay Hien Ward, Tan Binh District, HCMC
WORKING TIME
✔ Monday - Friday: 9:00-18:00
REQUEST
✔ 1 year minimum supervising/leading a team of 20 or more people in Customer Service, Telesales, Call
Center
✔ Experience in E-Commerce, Technology is a plus
✔ Experience using CRM, ...
✔ English communication skill B1
✔ Experience in a high-growth organization strongly preferred
