Tech Lead - Coalition Loyalty App

K&M Holdings is a dynamic startup in Hanoi specializing in SaaS/AaaS solutions. Our flagship products include an IP Telephony platform built on Asterisk, a coalition loyalty app, and AI-powered customer care agents.
* About the role:
- As the Tech Lead for our Coalition Loyalty App, you will be responsible for the development of a cross-platform (Web/iOS/Android) application designed to unify loyalty programs for multiple companies & vendors. You will drive both the architectural vision and day-to-day coding efforts for our web and mobile platforms.
* Responsibilities:
- Architectural Design: Define and oversee the application architecture for both the web application and mobile solutions (iOS/Android).
- Core Development: Act as the principal developer, crafting scalable codebases and integrating backend services with modern frontend frameworks.
- Team Mentorship: Lead and mentor web and mobile developers; establish coding standards and best practices.
- Cross-Platform Coordination: Collaborate with UI/UX designers to ensure design consistency across web and mobile interfaces.
- Quality & Performance: Oversee performance tuning, security best practices, and the adoption of CI/CD pipelines. · Innovation & Improvement: Evaluate new tools and frameworks to continually enhance the user experience and system efficiency.
