Mô tả Công việc
Assist in drafting, updating, storing, and managing technical documents, SOPs, and workflows for the Technical team.
Support administrative tasks related to stationery, documentation, 6S compliance, and HR matters. Schedule and arrange meetings, take minutes, and assist with reports and documentation.
Ensure all document-related updates, standards, and admin requests are properly shared with relevant teams.
Assist in drafting and sending internal emails and documents regarding technical and operational matters.
Support in collecting data and preparing reports as requested by the Technical Manager.
Keep records and documents well-organized for easy access when needed.
Support the team in following established workflows and compliance guidelines.
Work closely with the Technical Manager and support in all cases is requested directly from the Manager.
Gather and analyze technical data, test results, and performance metrics.
Analysis data of performance of team members in the team

Bachelor's or advanced degree in Industrial Design, Furniture Engineering, or a related field
5 years of relevant work experience
Proven track record of successful project management in the furniture industry.
In-depth knowledge of materials, manufacturing processes, and furniture design principles.
Strong knowledge of materials, manufacturing processes, and furniture design principles.
Understanding of product research and development processes and techniques.
Strong leadership skills, coupled with the ability to work independently.
Have experience with Odoo ERP Systems
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Analytic thinking, patience, integrity.
Able to work well under pressure and tight timelines.
Carefully, enthusiastic, highly responsible, proactive, and supportive.
Exceptional decision-making skills in strategic and operational contexts.
Proficient in CAD, Inventor, Solidworks software and other design tools, MS Office (Word, Excel).
Proficiency in English.
