Main Duties

Project management and coordination:
Work closely with Head/Deputy Head of MDI, Module directors to develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
Assist leadership in handling management requests and proposals accurately and in a timely manner.
Prepare and coordinate to complete regular status reports to leadership for assigned and dedicated topics.
Coordinate internally and/ or with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of Vehicle development related project tasks.
2. Technical support and innovation:
Provide technical support and guidance to the Engineering team on regulations, procedures, ECR/ DCR, and problem solving activities including mastery of JIRA IMS
Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency enhancement.
Propose and support implementation of improvement initiatives in daily operations.
3. Others:
Act as a coordination focal point between Engineering and Cross functional teams to ensure smooth technical execution and information flow.
Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for VDD systems and processes.
Support and/or participate in 1st layer inspection activities; follow up inspection actions and ensure timely closure in Jira system.
Communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related field
At least 2+ years of experience in automotive electronics or a similar industry
Strong background in project management
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with local and international stakeholders at all levels
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficient in English
Proficient in Microsoft Office; strong reporting skills
Detail-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated, with a strong work ethic
