Take technical ownership of the system, from architecture design to implementation and production.
Design and build scalable, maintainable, multi-tenant systems using TypeScript/[protected info]
Make key technical decisions on architecture, database, APIs, integrations, performance and scalability.
Develop and optimize backend services with PostgreSQL; work with React/[protected info] when required.
Lead code reviews, technical discussions and engineering standards.
Troubleshoot complex technical issues and proactively remove team blockers.
Understand the team's work, provide technical guidance, and mentor engineers.
Collaborate with Product/QA/DevOps to ensure effective delivery.
Use Docker and AI-assisted development tools to improve engineering productivity.

Yêu cầu
5+ years of software engineering experience, primarily with TypeScript/[protected info]
Proven experience as a Technical Lead / Lead Engineer or equivalent.
Strong hands-on experience designing and building systems from scratch.
Strong expertise in PostgreSQL, API design, authentication/authorization and multi-tenant systems.
Solid experience with React/[protected info]
Strong understanding of testing, clean code and software architecture.
Experience with Docker and cloud-native applications.
Strong problem-solving, technical leadership and mentoring skills.
Ability to understand both system-level architecture and day-to-day team activities, and effectively resolve technical issues.
Upper-intermediate English proficiency, with strong communication skills in technical discussions and cross-functional collaboration.
