Technical Project Manager/Scrum Master

You will work in a highly productive and collaborative team where your ideas will be listened to and put into action. This exciting opportunity would suit a Technical PM / Scrum Master who is looking to move upwards and onwards and is eager to work closely with senior management on interesting and super cool ideas.

What you will be doing

• Join project teams to work on full life-cycle web/mobile application projects from requirement gathering to solutioning, development, releasing and post-launch maintenance
• Work with agile cross functional, cross countries teams to design, develop, maintain web/app application base on specifications and ensure successful releases
• Motivated in continuous learning and improvement to enhance your skills in an ever changing environment
• Manage software development projects including but not limited to project planning, project budgeting, resource management, quality management.
• Be accountable as the main contact with clients, Singapore consultant team to make sure that the projects meet clients' requirements & satisfaction.
• Organize and follow the project team regarding their assigned project tasks, to achieve the quality and delivery goal.
• Produce project reports to clients and relevant managers, ensure good visibility on project progression.
• Provide guidance, performance evaluation to project members.

Necessary skills and experiences

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology
• From 1 to 5 years of experience in web projects and multi-project management.
• Possess knowledge of software development process (Waterfall), and project management. Experience/knowledge of Agile organization is an advantage.
• Strong experience in planification, task breakdown, reporting, estimation, Gantt diagrams.
• Experienced in writing functional specifications aims for developers with UML/Flow diagrams, describing UI and business rules.
• Efficient use of MS Office and/or Google Docs, Excel / Spreadsheet.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group and executives.
• High sense of organization and responsibility.
• Strong interpersonal & leadership skills/ people development/ people motivation.
• Being able to communicate effectively, honestly, and proactively with foreign teams and clients.
• Committed to product quality & high service standards, continuously improving toward perfection.
