- Implement strategic sales plans for the domestic market
- Achieve the sales target based on products, suppliers, or segments assigned from company
- Provide deep analysis on the Personcal care/Home care ingredient market
- Keep good connection to existing customers
- Seek new potential sales leads, approach efficiently and follow-up closely
- Work closely with technical service, R&D team... to offer the right solution for customers
- Collect and analyze market competition info to support sales decision
- Coordinate with sales admin to monitor and control customers payment
- Follow and ensure the fulfillment of the contract and the completion of the contract until the contract(s) get paid
- Timely submit sales reports as required
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Food Chemistry, Food Science, Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical Science, or Industrial/Cosmetic Chemistry.
- Language: Professional working proficiency in English (Communication).
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in home care/personal care ingredients sales, work location: Hanoi or HCMC
- Proven track record working with major manufacturers in the Chemical, or Household sectors.
- R&D Experience within home and personal care manufacturing companies is a significant advantage.
