The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with Manufacturers, Distributors, thrive in a customer-centric environments and possess a strong background in industrial technical sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales &
Business Development• Development and maintain strong business relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Identify and acquire new customers while providing ongoing technical and commercial support.
• Conduct customer visits, provide technical consultations and propose suitable solutions to customers.
• Introduce new products and expand market coverage.
• Develop sales strategies to achieve departmental and company sales targets.
• Plan and report customer visiting schedule to Managing board.
• Forecast sales volume quarterly and report to Managing board.
• Gather and refer information about products, customers feedback and competitor's activities to manager in order to form annual department/team sales forecast report.
• Research market changes and identify emerging opportunities.
• Propose profit margin, develop contract, negotiate contract terms.
• Close sales and monitor payment schedule, follow up on outstanding debt and propose appropriate solutions.
Leadership & Team Management
• Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets.
• Oversee recruitment, product training, and performance management of
sales staff.
Project & Customer Support
• Coordinate pre-installation activities and follow up on installation and commissioning.
• Handle customer complaints and propose solutions for warranty-related issues.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to provide technical troubleshooting and customized solutions.
