Mô tả công việc
Responsibilities:
• Achieves own and team's sales and profit targets.
• Identifies and develops potential for business growth opportunities.
• Assures high level technical support to the customers before, during and after sales according to Atotech's strategy: "best local service ".
• Liaises with technical and support staff regarding technical aspects of proposals, trials and installations.
• Manages existing customer accounts in term of customer satisfaction.
• Provides annual sales forecast and budget in line with target agreement.
• Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Market updates report on new customers, projects, business opportunities, competitors, etc.
• Supports other ream members to achieve individual and team targets.
• Immediate reporting of important issues (service, operational, HR) to direct senior level, propose solutions where possible.
• Other duties reasonably relating to this position.
• SAP and product forecast / stock for each PG
• TDS of PG responsible and translation (especially FEC)
• PG customer presentation
• Collect all information about market of each PG (customers, competitors etc.)
• Collect all technical information in customer production lines.
• Workshop attendance in Asia / WW
• Keep contact with WW / Asian PMM and exchanged information.
• Highly technical responsible for PG and give advice to colleagues and customers.
Yêu cầu
Requirements on job holder
• Min bachelor's degree in engineering or science, chemistry field preferred.
• Good communicator, successful track record in sales and management of chemical products (knowledge of general metal finishing industry is an advantage).
• Creative, dynamic, and resourceful with good sales and marketing capabilities.
• Readiness to travel domestically and internationally for customer visits and training purposes.
• Demonstrates ability of working in team to successfully meet client expectations.
• Good level of common office software.
• Problem solving skill: intermediate.
• Committed with integrity and initiative.
• Communication skill: intermediate.
