PRIMARY
Spare part Sales
*Coordination Present, promote and sell all spare part categories for all Industry segments to existing and prospective customers.
- Handle customer inquiries for spare parts
- Receive and coordinate (with TS sales) customer inquiries for services
- Clarify parts among the customer and technical team; make SPIFF (spare part inquiry form) for order processing; and input inquiry information in logbook
- Follow up and ensure timely distribution and accurate quotations, contracts and delivery with customer and Order Processing & Logistics team
- Support to follow up payment and overdue for accounts
- Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities and targets
Service order process assistance
* Support and assist to process the service requests
- Receive SRF (service request form) from technical service salespersons and input inquiry information in logbook
- Assist for order processing with forming up the quotations, contracts aligned with the procedures, workflows, and standards to make sure to compromise with all the stakeholders
- Support to follow up the service completion, cost statement, invoices and overdue for accounts
Customer Service
*Provide adequate customer service.
- Resolve customer complaints of spare parts orders by investigating problems, developing solutions, and maintaining the highest ethical standards
- Coordinate with other technical service salespersons to be alert with the customer feedback General Department OPL (Order Processing & Logistics) Geographical area to be covered Vietnam Reports to OPL Team Manager Location Ho Chi Minh city Employment type Full-time
- Discuss with line manager about policies for each (potential) customer
SECONDARY
To assist on ad hoc tasks or projects as required by the Line Manager and/or the Management.
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Foreign Trade or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years field experience in the customer service/aftersales service position
- Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
- Goal-oriented, dynamic and high sense of responsibility.
- Able to work well under pressure of timings.
- Able to work self-reliantly and with excellent negotiation and persuasion skill
- Team and disciplined working spirits.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Proficiency in MS Office Applications
- Good written and verbal English skills.
- Willingness to work extra hours to complete tasks and fulfilling customer's needs.
