Mô tả công việc
• Supervise a team of quality inspectors & auditors, and oversee the performance of inspections and audits based on company and client standards.
• Responsible for overseeing the execution of inspections/audits, validating the quality of work and the completion of jobs to ensure quality objectives and goals are met on behalf of our clients.
• Provide guidelines and technical support to inspectors/auditors for the job execution to meet the clients' requirements.
• Conduct performance evaluation and on-site training/supervision.
• Develop and provide training courses to technical groups on the company standard processes and protocols as well as technical knowledge and skills.
• Root-cause analysis by using the 8D model to investigate any claims that may arise and provide preventative measures and solutions.
• Propose and implement solutions to improve the company standards of service.
• Participate meetings with clients/suppliers/factories and provide technical expertise to support the sales development.
• Maintain and promote good working relationships with external and internal stakeholders.
• Other tasks as assigned.

Yêu cầu
• Minimum Bachelor's degree preferably in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or other engineering discipline that is closely related.
• ISO 9001 certification a plus.
• Possessing demonstrated experience in one or more manufacturing/engineering fields.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings and other technical documents.
• Strong knowledge and practical experience of international standards applied to evaluate product conformity
• Good command in theory and practice of sampling plans and AQL.
• Organized, good verbal and written communication skills, proven leadership, effectively instruct others, work efficiently under a minimum of supervision, travel (primarily domestic) as required, systematic problem solving, employee relations.
• Good command of English (written & spoken)
• Good command of Microsoft Office
• ISO 9001 certification a plus.
