Mô tả công việc
- Manage process related engineering work.
- Introduction of new working methodology.
- Installment of process machinery, equipment, new product & new materials.
- Set-up of process parameter.
- Data analysis, material analysis, cost reduction.
- Production yield improvement.
- Process optimization.
- May develop new or modified components, products, manufacturing processes, materials and equipment.
- Take leadership for teamwork assigned by Section Manager.
- Supervise engineer, develope their skill and support with their activities.
- Ensure that effective process engineering works are conducted in co-operation with production function.
- Support production function with quality analysis requirement such as allegedly non-conforming products and new products. Production yield improvement.
- Support Technical Manager.
Yêu cầu
- Work location base in VSIP Quang Ngai.
- Bachelor degree: Chemical.
- At least 3 years experience in technical or R&D roles in manufacturing companies is required.
- English fluently is must.
- Good analysis ability.
- Agile and adaptability, can train and coach staffs.
