Techvico is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Technical Support professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and supporting autonomous mobile robot (AMR) operations, ensuring system reliability, and providing technical expertise to international clients across multiple time zones. This role requires a proactive mindset, strong technical background, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
AMR Operations Management
- Oversee daily operations and performance monitoring of autonomous mobile robot systems
- Troubleshoot technical issues and implement corrective actions in a timely manner
- Conduct system diagnostics and maintenance to ensure optimal performance
- Monitor system health metrics and generate regular performance reports
System Support and Maintenance
- Provide technical support to end-users and clients
- Execute software updates and system configurations
- Document technical issues, resolutions, and best practices
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of deployed AMR systems
Client and Stakeholder Communication
- Communicate effectively with international clients (English language requirement)
- Provide technical consultancy and recommendations
- Prepare technical documentation and user guides
- Participate in remote and on-site support sessions
Project Planning and Risk Management
- Assist in planning AMR system deployments and warehouse automation projects
- Identify and mitigate technical risks during implementation
- Develop contingency plans for potential system failures
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams on project timelines
Problem-Solving and Continuous Improvement
- Proactively identify and resolve operational issues
- Research and implement best practices for AMR system optimization
- Contribute to knowledge base and technical documentation
- Recommend system improvements and upgrades
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in
Software Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications, or related field
- Professional background as a Software Engineer or Systems Engineer
Technical Skills (Mandatory)
- Programming Languages: Proficiency in C++ and Python
- Operating System: Strong hands-on experience with Ubuntu/Linux environments
- Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and troubleshooting capabilities
- System Knowledge: Solid understanding of AMR systems architecture and operation principles
Language & Communication
- English: Fluent English communication skills (mandatory requirement)
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly with international teams

Industrial Automation
