Technician 1 (Packaging)- Kỹ Thuật Viên Vận Hành (Bộ Phận Đóng Gói)

Responsible for operating and maintaining packaging machineries to ensure smooth production efficiency and making reports as requirements.
Safety and Hygiene tasks:
- To adhere to safety, health and environmental measures as specified in the company policies or as requested by the team leaders
- To ensure all people working in his duties area follow the company safety rules and regulations.
- To contribute in implementing safety improvement activities (Tech 3+ coop)
- GMP - To keep the workplace clean and hygienic, by timely disposal of rubbish, cullet and label pulps.
- To execute cleaning standards of assigned machines during start-up, operation and shutdown.
Operation tasks:
- To operate the packaging machineries (to specialize in one work area)
- To go on job and shift rotation
- To ensure the Packaging process operates in an efficient and effective manner according to the production plan and specification in standard and non-standard conditions.
- To improve the packaging process operation (tech 3 + Coop)
Maintenance tasks:
- To ensure workplace is at the required AM (CILT) and 5S standards and is actively involved in AM/5S team.
- To take initiatives and be actively involved in optimising workplace performance via AM/5S teams and activities.
- To execute basic maintenance tasks according to standards and be actively involved in improvement activities (Break down analyses, route cause failure analyses, minor stop, break down reduction...)
- To take initiatives and be actively involved in improvement equipment performance: CILT, tags and troubleshooting, 5whys, RCFA, BDA...(Tech 3+Coop)
Quality tasks:
- To do incoming materials and on-line quality checks
- To ensure compliance with Heineken and local regulation in the assigned machines/area.
- Propose improvement actions based on standard analyses and sensing (hearing/looking/feeling/smelling) of his/her area of the line.
- Structurally prevents quality issues in his/her machines and if possible on the whole packaging line (Tech 3 + Coop)
Others:
- To implement Total Productive Management (TPM) activities.
- To report in a timely and accurate way all mandatory and relevant information and KPIs.
- To relief peers for meal breaks and leave
- To undertake any other jobs assigned as and when the need arises
