Main role: Ensuring that the maximum garment yield is achieved when workig with CMP suppliers, and ensuring that the required quality and leadtime is met in line with the brand's expectations.
DUTIES & TASKES:
Work with the UA the UA technical team to ensure that the best rating is achieved.
Work directly with the CMP supplier to ensure that our rating is followed.
Work directly with the CMP supplier to maximise garment yield through efficiency in cutting
Work wih the CMP technical supervisor to solve issues in production, relating to spec and sewing.
Hold follow up meetings for technical issues
Attend PP meeting to give feedback before starting production
Final review cutting docket and fabric rating

Education: College or above
Experiences:
Having 4 - 6 years experience in the garment / manufacturing industry
At least 2 years at a team leader in technical design
Knowledge:
Proficient at design software Lectra/Gerber is a plus
Proficient at reading and understanding technical documents, manufacturing processes, designs, pattern maker.
