Key Tasks: Analyze specifications, update design documents, write low-bug code, and gather test evidence.

Yêu cầu
Experience: 2+ years of professional C/C++ language development experience.
Design Skills: Experience creating or thoroughly interpreting Basic/Detailed design documents.
Methodology: Ability to strictly follow internal coding standards and structured processes.
Preferred: Experience in embedded systems, social infrastructure, or creating test specifications.
Female developers are welcome.
Language Skill
Communication: Strong professional communication for accurate reporting, contacting, and consulting.
Documentation: Ability to read and write highly precise technical specifications without ambiguity.
Technical Skill
Programming: C/C++ Language (Core proficiency for stable, standard-compliant coding).
Engineering: Basic Design, Detailed Design, System Implementation, and Evidence-backed Testing.
Human Skill
Mindset: Detail-oriented, methodical, steady, and deeply committed to a quality-first approach.
Work Style: Prefer deep understanding of existing systems over chasing hyper-modern trends.
