We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Telemarketing Intern to join our sales team. The primary responsibility of this role is to search for contact information and engage potential customers over the phone to generate qualified leads.
• Work location: D&D Tower 458 Nguyen Thi Minh Khai, District 3, Ho Chi Minh City.
• Working time: Monday - Friday (9:00 AM - 6:00 PM).
• Duration: 2 months
• Job Level: Internship
• Industry: Exhibition Organizer

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Search For Contact Information: 20%
• Search for the contact information of the companies based on the provided list
Conduct calls: 40%
• Conduct outbound calls to local and overseas customers (visitors) from provided lists or databases to introduce our trade show and get the pre-registration for visit
Connect via email or other platforms: 30%
• Connect and send messages to local and overseas customers via Email, Zalo, Whatsapp, or other platforms
Follow up the outcomes and others: 10%
• Maintain detailed records of calls and messages
• Other tasks requested by the team leader
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
• Some college education preferred. English is a must.
• Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Goal-oriented with a strong desire to achieve and exceed targets.
