We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Telemarketing Team Lead to join our team at EIY. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong background in

The Telemarketing Team Lead will be responsible for setting KPIs, managing team performance, and reporting to upper management. Key Responsibilities
· Lead and supervise the telemarketing team to ensure sales targets and KPIs are met.
· Actively make
telesales calls to potential customers interested in EIY's courses.
· Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue.
· Train, mentor, and provide continuous coaching to telesales team members.
· Monitor individual and team performance, providing feedback and improvement plans.
· Set and track KPIs for the team, ensuring alignment with business goals.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers.
· Prepare weekly and monthly reports on team performance, customer interactions, and sales conversion rates.
· Collaborate with other departments to enhance sales strategies and customer engagement.
