Role Description
The Telesales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. This role is responsible for contacting prospective and existing patients or clients by phone and chat via social platform to introduce hospital services, explain billing or service packages, and schedule appointments or consultations.
The Telesales
Specialist follows up on inquiries, manages call lists, data list, and updates the CRM or patient information systems with accurate notes and outcomes. Daily tasks chat via social platform (Zalo, Facebook, Tiktok..), include handling inbound calls, making outbound calls to promote services or health check programs, providing clear information, and addressing basic questions before referring callers to clinical or administrative teams when needed. The role also involves meeting sales and call targets, collaborating with marketing and service teams to optimize campaigns, and providing feedback on patient needs and service improvements.
Qualifications
Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal communication, active listening, and the ability to explain medical service offerings in an accessible way.
Customer Service and Customer Support skills, with a focus on empathy, patience, and resolving caller concerns professionally.
Sales skills, including persuasive telesales techniques, objection handling, and goal-oriented performance in a healthcare context.
Training experience or the ability to learn and apply scripts, participate in ongoing training, and support peers in improving call quality.
Prior 02 years experience in telesales, call center, chatting, or healthcare service promotion is preferred.
Comfort using phone systems, CRM or patient management software, and basic office applications.
Ability to work on-site in Ho Chi Minh City, manage time effectively,
Relevant education in business, communications, or healthcare administration is beneficial; equivalent practical experience is also valued.
