Mô tả công việc
- Start to work: from May, 2019 to Dec, 2019
- Ensure daily operations are completed as per procedures.
- Operate all jobs under the proper and timely usage of Dimerco Value Plus System, include data and sales/costs entry.
- Take care correct documents for each shipment.
- Input data/ information to the system and make payment for carriers, co-loaders.
- Contact to customs brokerage team to arrange customs clearance procedure.
- Arrange to deliver cargo on time as clients request.
- Follow the monthly statement of all the clients and agents that handle their shipment.
- Solve problem, find the solution for every responsible jobs.
- Make the monthly report to manager and follow up manager's assignment.
- Support Sales team to contact/ take care with customer.
- Well communicate and coordinate with customer /carriers and affiliated business suppliers/ partners.
- Find and build up relationship with direct customers, develop with both domestic and oversea partners.
- Prepare action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective search of sales lead prospects.
- Other assignments by Supervisor or Manager
Yêu cầu
- Degre: Bachelor.
- Major: Foreign trading, international transport,logistics solution will be preferable.
- Experience: Accept fresh graduate or experienced one is looking for this job with temporary labor within 7-8 months only.
- Skills/ Licenses: Proficient in MS office and computer skills.
- Self-motivated, respectful, honest and trustworthy
- Language: English, Chinese is advantage.
- Working Days : From Mon to Fri + Sat morning.
- Working Hours:From 08.30 a.m to 5.30 p.m (Mon -Fri).From 08.30 a.m to 12.00 p.m (Sat-Rotational working-shift).
