Planning cargo handling process of ship & warehouse
Supervising cargo handling, performance of operation works in conformity with operation technique, processes and procedures.
Ensuring the safety be carried out strictly to protect workers, machines, equipment and cargoes.
Investigating and making report on any issue, breakdown accident happened in the shift.
Managing manpower assigned (internal/external) in the shift.
Managing materials, vehicles and equipment.
Requesting for repairing, replacing, adjusting if necessary.
Making the proposal for rewarding, discipline staffs
Making the shift report.
Checking and verifying worker order, services provided by the contractors in the shift.
Fluent in English.
Yêu cầu
Age: under 40 years old
Graduation of college or university.
Having trained and experience in port operation, maritime, cargo handling and warehouse.
Communication in English.
Computer skills.
Preferential skills:
lExperience of supervision in harbor working company over 5 years.
Experience working at a port terminal over 5 years.
Work location: Phu My Town, Ba Ria - Vung Tau Province, Vietnam
Working hour: 48h/week, working per shift.
Salary: Negotiable
Benefit: As company regulation.
