Test Engineer (Software, Hardware, System)

Job Description
Functional Testing
Develop and implement test plans to ensure the functionality, performance, and quality of robotic products.
Analyze product requirements and technical specifications to design comprehensive test cases and testing scenarios.
Execute testing activities, evaluate results, and prepare test reports.
Identify, document, and track defects; collaborate with relevant stakeholders to analyze root causes and drive corrective actions.
Validate system functionality and performance against defined requirements and quality standards.
Test Automation
Develop and maintain automated testing tools and frameworks to improve testing efficiency and coverage.
Support continuous improvement initiatives for test processes and quality assurance methodologies.
Cross-functional Collaboration
Work closely with product team to ensure product quality throughout the development lifecycle.
Coordinate with internal departments, external partners, and stakeholders to resolve quality-related issues.
Provide quality feedback and recommendations to support product enhancements.
Other Responsibilities
Perform additional tasks and assignments as directed by the line manager.
Your Skills and Experience
Education
Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, Computer Science, Embedded Systems, Robotics, or related fields
Experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in software, robotics, electronics, or automation testing
Experience in developing test plans and test cases based on product requirements and technical specifications
Hands-on experience in functional testing, product validation, and quality assurance processes
Familiarity with quality management and defect tracking tools such as Jira, Confluence, or equivalent platforms
Experience in developing automation testing solutions is a strong advantage
