1. Design and implement production tests that ensure the quality and the functionality of a product.

2. Write production test plans and DFPT (Design For Production Testing) analysis.

3. Develop and fabricate
Testers and Fixtures.
Phát triển và chế tạo các bộ kiểm tra (testers) và đồ gá (fixtures).
4. Write automated test programs.
Viết chương trình kiểm tra tự động.
5. Participate in the development of test solutions.
Tham gia vào quá trình phát triển các giải pháp kiểm tra.
6. Write maintenance instructions for Testers and Fixtures.
Viết hướng dẫn bảo trì cho Testers và Fixtures.
7. Write test procedures and tester operating instructions.
Soạn thảo quy trình kiểm tra và hướng dẫn vận hành testers.
8. Qualify Testers, Fixtures, test procedures.

9. Provide technical guidance to the manufacturing team for Testers maintenance.

Yêu cầu
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Educational background in Mechatronics, Automation or Electronics Engineering.
Experience: Minimum 02 years of experience in electronics-related fields (e.g., EMS, SMT, PCB design and fabrication).
Language: Intermediate communication skills in English.
Intermediate comprehension of electronic components (inductor, triode, opamp, varistor, microcontroller, CPLD/FPGA) and circuits (switching power supply, active filter).
Experience using standard test instruments (oscilloscope, DC load, LCR, AC source).
Intermediate level in Python or another high-level programming language (OOP, Inheritance, Modules, Algorithms, data structures).
Intermediate technical writing skills.
Proficient at drawing wiring diagrams.
Experience with PCB CAD software (e.g., Altium, KiCad), 3D CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks).
Knowledge of standard statistical analysis (e.g., Gaussian distribution, CpK).
Experience running DFPT analysis.
Nice to have:
Experience in C programming.
Fundamental knowledge of image processing tools (e.g., OpenCV).
Familiarity with version control systems (SVN, git).
