Test System Setup: Participate in the installation, operation, and maintenance of test equipment (Test Fixtures/ICT/FCT) for new product production lines.
Process Development: Establish test cases and testing procedures to ensure 100% of products meet technical standards before shipping.
Analysis & Optimization: Monitor yield rates, perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for technical defects, and improve test programs to reduce cycle time.
R&D Collaboration: Work closely with the engineering team in Ukraine to handle technology transfer and resolve issues related to Firmware/Hardware testing.
Reporting: Manage test data and prepare periodic reports on quality status and test equipment performance.
Others for lead test engineer:
Leading engineering and technicians groups
Planning and control of team performance
Monitoring of Key Performance Indicators (KPI): TD, MTTR, MTBF, Maintenance in Time, IRA,
Tester defects level
Advanced data analysis and reporting
Initiating cross functional cooperation in order to achieve and exceed KPI targets.
Spare parts and consumables management.
Training and coaching for team members.
Root cause analysis
Yêu cầu
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications, or Control Engineering.
Experience: 2-3 years of experience as a Test Engineer in EMS/Electronics manufacturing.
Deep understanding of PCBA testing.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in ICT (In-Circuit Test) and FCT (Functional Test).
Skilled in using measurement tools (Oscilloscope, Multimeter, Spectrum Analyzer, etc.).
Preferred: Basic programming (Python, C++, LabVIEW) or PLC knowledge.
Language: Good English communication (working directly with foreign engineers).
Mindset: Strong logical analysis and problem-solving skills.
